Strategic Plan 2021-2025

The UF College of Pharmacy’s 2021-25 Strategic Plan is a roadmap guiding us toward preeminence in education, pharmaceutical sciences research and patient care through five strategic priorities. Within each priority area, we have crafted and continue to explore a strategic framework of tactics, metrics and programs designed to propel us towards the achievement of our goals.


Professional Education

Goal: Prepare Pharm.D. graduates to become leaders who improve the health and wellness of individuals and communities and advance pharmacy practice into the future.

Research and Graduate Education

Goal: Discovery new knowledge to improve the lives of other through high-impact research and provide outstanding research training in areas core to the college.

Clinical Practice

Goal: Create, evaluate and disseminate innovative and transformative pharmacy practice models that result in high-quality, cost-effective, patient-centered care that improves lives.

Accessibility, Belonging and Community Health

Goal: Stimulate a culture that promotes accessibility, belonging and community health within an exceptional community of students, faculty and staff.

Lifelong Learning

Goal:  Foster a culture that supports lifelong learning for faculty and staff and expands access for a global community seeking advanced knowledge and skills.
