Norma J Padgett,

Norma has 30 years of experience working for the University of Florida in all phases of the administrative support arena. As the Executive Development Assistant, Norma serves as an extension to the Director of Development for all donor development issues in the College and manages the day to day operations of the Office of Development and Alumni Affairs under the supervision of the Director. She enjoys helping others with a “service with a smile” and “can do it” approach in all she does.
