This program is targeted to rising 2PD or 3PD students. Applications are accepted from current 1PD and 2PD students at UF’s College of Pharmacy and other ACPE accredited colleges of pharmacy.
This is an 8-WEEK FULL-TIME PROGRAM from May to July. Students are expected to dedicate full time to this program. All UF Pharm.D. student participants must request IPPE/APPEs In BLOCK 3.
The program includes active involvement in a research project, participation in journal club and laboratory group meetings, oral presentation of the research, and presentation of the research in a research forum.
This program is offered on all 3 campuses of the UF College of Pharmacy. Students should identify a research mentor from the UF College of Pharmacy graduate faculty, and consult with them prior to applying to the program.
Students will receive a stipend but will not receive any academic credit.
SUMMER 2019 PROGRAM
Prior to applying to the ISRP, students should discuss their research interests with the faculty member and confirm their mentorship.
