About Kristin Wiisanen

Kristin Wiisanen received her PharmD from the University of Florida in 1998 and completed residency training at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Wiisanen is a Clinical Professor and Associate Dean for Entrepreneurial Programs in the UF College of Pharmacy. She is Associate Director of the University of Florida Health (UF Health) Precision Medicine Program and Director of the Graduate Program in Precision Medicine. Dr. Wiisanen leads clinical and educational efforts for pharmacogenomics in the UF Health Precision Medicine Program and serves as Residency Program Director for an accredited postgraduate Clinical Pharmacogenetics Residency and Director of the Clinical Fellowship in Pharmacogenomics program. She is Editor-in-Chief of Pharmacy Today for the American Pharmacists Association (APhA), a fellow of APhA and the American College of Clinical Pharmacy, and a University of Florida Entrepreneurial Faculty Fellow.
