About Rachel C Reise

Rachel Reise, Pharm.D., M.S. is a Clinical Assistant Professor within the Department of Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Policy. She also serves as Assistant Director of Pharmacy Services at the University of Florida Health Physicians. She received her Pharm.D. from the University of New Mexico College of Pharmacy in 2020 and later obtained her M.S. from the UF College of Pharmacy POP department. Reise completed a two-year fellowship in Healthcare Quality, Medication Safety, and Population Health with the University of Florida College of Pharmacy in 2022. Her research interests include evaluations of outcomes relating to transitions of care, access to care, and medication safety. She is also involved with a number of projects aimed at improving quality within UF Health Physicians outpatient practices.
