Kellie Pintado, M.H.A.

Kellie Pintado, MHA, has served as Associate Director of Strategic Development in the University of Florida College of Pharmacy since January 2024. In her current role, she is responsible for implementing and executing the 5-year strategic plan for the College of Pharmacy. She led the college’s strategic planning phase from conception to launch which spanned one year’s time. She also supports the Dean of the college in strategic priorities to further the mission and vision of pharmacy. Prior to her role, she held the position of pharmacy business & 340B program manager at UF Health Shands Hospital. Her responsibilities included overseeing the department’s annual budget, managing the administrative staff, and optimizing the 340B program. She also served as an executive project coordinator at UF Health Shands Hospital for seven years prior. In this role, she supported the health system’s executive leaders in managing personnel, expenses and budgets organization-wide. Pintado is a double Gator graduate, earning a Master of Health Administration degree in 2015 and a Bachelor of Science in 2009.
