Research Profile

Dr. Siva Rama Raju Kanumuri is a pharmacokinetics scientist with more than 10 years of research experience in small molecule preclinical discovery ADMET to clinical pharmacokinetic studies. His research work focusses on designing and orchestrating the execution of various in vitro and in vivo pharmacokinetic studies (human, rodents, and non-rodents) for optimization of ADMET properties of new chemical entities (NCE), drugs under development and natural products. His research helps identify small molecules to move forward in drug development based on metabolic stability, metabolite identification, formation of reactive metabolites and drug transport and permeability across biological barriers.
