Dr. DiSesa has been with the University of Florida since 2006. She serves as the Assistant Director of Enrollment Marketing for the College of Pharmacy, supporting PharmD, graduate, distance education and continuing education programs.

In her previous role at the College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. DiSesa worked to identify areas of clinical services growth and coordinate business development opportunities, overseeing the marketing and outreach activities for the UF Veterinary Hospitals.

Dr. DiSesa examines development of communication and teamwork behaviors in healthcare professionals, focusing on adult learning and interprofessional education programs.

She works to expand equal access and opportunity in higher education by encouraging under-represented minorities to consider careers in agriculture, specifically veterinary medicine.
