Kathy D Anderson

Kathy Anderson is an emerging events and hospitality professional with a strong foundation in relationship‑building, cross‑cultural engagement, and mission‑driven program coordination. She currently serves as a Conference and Event Planner for the University of Florida College of Pharmacy, leading the planning, coordination, and on‑site execution of high‑impact collegewide events.

Prior to her role at UF, Kathy coordinated statewide food‑systems programming with Florida Organic Growers, where she facilitated stakeholder collaboration, supported grant‑driven initiatives, and produced culturally centered community events. Her experience with the Florida Heritage Foods Initiative and Santa Fe College further strengthened her expertise in grant administration, diverse event formats, and community partnership development. Kathy also played a significant role in advancing global engagement through Santa Fe College’s Office of International Education. There, she facilitated international virtual exchanges, supported global programming, and expanded outreach among students and faculty.

Blending event management, community engagement, and intercultural communication, Kathy is dedicated to creating inclusive, meaningful experiences that connect people, elevate community voices, and support mission‑aligned initiatives.
