The UF College of Pharmacy offers an ASPH-accredited, community-based pharmacy residency program at three sites in Florida. The residency training aims to develop clinical practitioners who can provided advanced patient care services and advance the profession in a clinical setting.
The resident will develop leadership abilities, strengthen confidence and skills and offer an experience to advance patient care services within a community pharmacy practice.
This residency prepares the pharmacist to become a leader as an innovative clinical practitioner.
The resident will participate in the UF College of Pharmacy’s Leadership Development Program and the Academic Teaching Certificate Program to enhance their training.
The resident will be prepared to step into a pharmacy management or a clinical pharmacist position upon completion of the program.
The UF College of Pharmacy has partnered with three of the leading independent community pharmacies in Florida to host these residency positions.
