The University of Florida College of Pharmacy’s Young Alumni Council was launched last year to strengthen connections between recent graduates and their alma mater. Following a successful inaugural year, the council is now accepting applications for the upcoming term. Alumni who graduated within the past 15 years are eligible to apply, with applications due July 15.
Over the past year, the Young Alumni Council supported multiple student organizations, funding initiatives that improved the student experience and promoted community outreach. It also offered alumni opportunities to remain involved through mentorship, speaking engagements and professional networking with peers and members of the Dean’s Leadership Council.
