Planning is underway for the University of Florida College of Pharmacy to host Gator Receptions at the Florida Pharmacy Association Annual Meeting and Convention and the Florida Society of Health-System Pharmacists Annual Meeting this summer. The annual gatherings of Gator pharmacy alumni and friends were postponed for the past two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Each reception will feature complimentary food and drinks, along with giveaway items and remarks from the college leadership.
The Gator Reception at the Florida Pharmacy Association Annual Meeting will take place from 5-6:30 p.m., Friday, July, 8, at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale. Meanwhile, the Gator Reception at the Florida Society of Health-System Pharmacists Annual Meeting is scheduled for 6-7:30 p.m., Friday, Aug. 5, at Disney’s Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando.
