CPHLR welcomes Dr. Amie Goodin as fellow

Amie J. Goodin, Ph.D., an assistant professor of pharmaceutical outcomes and policy in the University of Florida College of Pharmacy, has been appointed as a Center for Public Health Law Research, or CPHLR, Fellow for a two-year term.

Amid Goodin headshotGoodin will collaborate with faculty and staff at CPHLR on collaborative projects and grants in legal epidemiology. In addition, she will work to evaluate the effects of state-level prescription opioid supply restriction policies on pain management treatment-related outcomes and quality of care, as well as a project to conduct policy surveillance on state medical marijuana laws.

The Center for Public Health Law Research at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law supports the widespread adoption of scientific tools and methods for mapping and evaluating the impact of law on health.
