Dr. Vivek Shastri is currently a post-doctoral associate in the Jatinder Lamba Lab within the Department of Pharmacotherapy and Translational Research at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. He earned his PhD in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of South Florida, with mechanisms of genomic instability as the primary research focus.
His current research includes identifying pharmacogenetic predictors of outcomes in response to AML immunotherapy as well as pre-clinical evaluation of novel CD33-directed targeting strategies for eliminating AML cells.
