Cameron D. Thomas, PharmD

Dr. Cameron D. Thomas, PharmD, is currently a Graduate Student at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. Dr. Thomas earned his PharmD from the University of Florida and then completed a PGY-1 clinical pharmacy residency at UF Health Jacksonville and a PGY-2 residency in clinical pharmacogenetics at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

He currently studies cardiovascular pharmacogenomics and is interested in developing tools for individualizing pharmacotherapy after percutaneous coronary intervention and understanding the influence of genetics on treatment outcomes. Dr. Thomas has published original research papers in this area and presented his research at national pharmacy and pharmacology conferences.
