Diversity and inclusion are core values of the University of Florida College of Pharmacy, and these values were celebrated during the UF Health Science Center Diversity & Inclusion Forum on April 5. The event featured exciting discussions and presentations, including a lunch and learn session by Folakemi Odedina, Ph.D., a professor of pharmacotherapy and translational research. All six of the UF Health colleges participated in a panel presentation, as well as a poster presentation that showcased diversity and inclusion programs in the colleges. Henry T. Frierson, Ph.D., an associate vice president and dean of the UF Graduate School, delivered the keynote address, which encouraged attendees to take the lead in expanding diversity and inclusion at UF.
