College support, media help, curricular delivery, and instructional design staff work cohesively as the “IT Department” in the timely delivery of assistance for workstations, network account management, printing, mobile devices, IP telephones, networking, virtual desktops, wireless, scanning, copying, video teleconferencing, video scheduling, myCOP, e-Learning (Sakai), browser assistance, equipment purchasing quotes, technical repairs, and more. This united support service involves the cross-training of all technology staff. Each individual is a highly trained expert in their area of expertise; each has been cross-trained by teammates to fill in on the daily tasks and requests that come from Pharmacy customers.
