Tom Robertson joined the Office of Student Affairs as the Associate Director of Admissions and Recruiting. In this role he will help lead and develop strategies to attract and retain the best and brightest students to the nationally ranked Top 10 program.
Both an alum and former employee of the University of Florida, Robertson brings over 30 years of professional experience in student affairs and leadership in higher education. He previously worked for the University of Florida College of Pharmacy where he assisted in the development of the Jacksonville campus. Prior to returning to UF, Robertson served for nine years as the Assistant Dean for Students and Alumni at Palm Beach Atlantic University School of Pharmacy. He has been an active member of and presented at several professional organizations including Florida Pharmacy Association (FPA), American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP), and Christian Pharmacy Fellowship International (CPFI), where he has served both as a chapter advisor and on the National Board.
Robertson received his bachelor’s in education from Central Michigan University, a master’s in adult education and student affairs from Michigan State University and a doctorate in higher education administration from the University of Florida.
