Working Professional Pharm.D. (WPPD)
Thank you for your interest in the Working Professional Doctor of Pharmacy (WPPD) Program at the University of Florida. The WPPD Program enrolled its last cohort of students in March 2016 and, therefore, is no longer accepting new students.
For current students, The WPPD program will exist until the last enrolled student graduates, and the college will continue to provide a high-quality education throughout the remaining years of the program. FAQ WPPD Program Phase Out
The University of Florida’s Non-Traditional Pharm.D. program is specifically for individuals who are already licensed pharmacists in the United States or Canada looking to stay relevant and expand their career potential. This innovative and flexible program helps create expert clinicians versed in the safe and effective use and distribution of medications to patients.
Established in 1994, the University of Florida’s Working Professional Doctor of Pharmacy program is one of the most established non-traditional Pharm.D. programs. As a student, you will become part of a network of dynamic faculty, more than 500 students, and 2,100 working professional graduates.
